Your Role :

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a subject matter expert in Analytics, you will play a key role in answering business questions and providing valuable insights to drive data-informed decision-making.


- Your primary responsibility will be to analyze web/app data and provide actionable recommendations to improve our online presence and optimize user experience.


- The ideal candidate has a strong background in relational databases, a deep understanding of retention analytics, funnel optimizations, and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

1. Seasoned Analyst: Understanding business and product teams asks, writing Big Query scripts, using necessary visualizations and transferring the findings with clear communication

2. KPI Awareness: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop measurement frameworks to track business vertical performance

3. Trend Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement by analyzing user behavior, conversion funnels, and other relevant metrics.

4. Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

5. Data-driven Insights: Generating insights for eCommerce using Google BigQuery, Google Colab and other tools. Developing prioritized custom reports to communicate key metrics, conclusions, and recommendations to the business.

Requirements :

1. Experience: 4-6 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on digital business models

2. Technical Languages: SQL(Must) , Python (Good to have), LookML(Good to have)

3. Technical Expertise: Proficient in advance analytics, DDLs,CTEs and staging tables

4. Dashboarding Tools: Looker, LookerStudio, PowerBI(Nice to have)

5. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to generate data-driven insights and recommendations using web analytics tools.

6. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

7. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

8. Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline.
