Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
- Design and implement a comprehensive MVT strategy to enhance patient acquisition and increase international patient volumes.
- Conduct regular market analyses to identify target regions, emerging trends, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for the MVT program and create regular reporting to measure success, addressing any gaps proactively.
2. Business Development
- Identify and nurture business opportunities through partnerships with international insurance providers, governments, corporates, and embassies.
- Develop pricing structures, packages, and promotions tailored for international patients in alignment with hospital goals.
- Represent the hospital in trade shows, conferences, and MVT events to showcase services and capabilities, building the brand internationally.
3. Operational Management
- Oversee and streamline end-to-end patient journey for international patients, including pre-arrival support, travel logistics, admission, care, and post-discharge follow-ups.
- Coordinate closely with clinical departments, guest relations, and support teams to ensure seamless
patient experience and adherence to service standards.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives, aiming for high patient satisfaction, and address any operational challenges impacting patient services.
4. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilitators, aggregators, and other partners to create a robust network of referral sources.
- Ensure continuous engagement and effective communication with partners, including periodic visits, performance reviews, and addressing concerns.
- Act as the key contact for MVT-related escalations, ensuring all stakeholder concerns are addressed and resolved promptly.
5. Marketing & Branding
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns promoting the hospitals specialized services and facilities for international patients.
- Develop content and marketing collateral, including service catalogs, patient testimonials, and digital assets tailored for international markets.
- Oversee digital presence, such as the MVT webpage and social media platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling representation of services.
6. Financial Management
- Prepare and manage the MVT department budget, monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
- Regularly assess the financial performance of the MVT program and ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Generate revenue reports and provide insights to the senior management team on program profitability, patient volume trends, and financial performance.
7. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all activities within the MVT program comply with relevant laws, hospital policies, and international patient care standards.
- Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure contract terms with partners and aggregators adhere to hospital regulations and patient safety standards.
- Promote ethical practices within the MVT department and maintain the confidentiality of patient information as per hospital policies.
