We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead this initiative and drive growth in this new vertical.
Role Overview: As the Senior Product Manager for the wealth segment, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and launching innovative products and services tailored to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional investors.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand market needs, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver exceptional solutions that meet the unique requirements of our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the wealth management industry.
Analyze competitor offerings, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements to inform product strategy.
2. Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the wealth segment, aligned with AstaGuru's overall business objectives.
- Define clear product goals, metrics, and success criteria to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
3. Product Development and Launch:
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to translate customer insights into innovative product features and experiences.
- Oversee the launch process, including go-to-market planning, sales enablement, and customer education initiatives.
4. Partnership Development:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with financial institutions, wealth advisors, family offices, and other key stakeholders in the wealth management ecosystem.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, establish mutually beneficial relationships, and drive collaboration to enhance AstaGuru's value proposition.
5. Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Gather feedback, solicit input, and incorporate client insights into product development and improvement efforts.
6. Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay abreast of relevant regulations and compliance requirements governing the wealth management industry.
- Ensure that AstaGuru's products and services adhere to regulatory standards and best practices, mitigating risk and maintaining trust with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on wealth management, financial services.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in highly regulated environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with auction houses, art market, or luxury industry is a plus.
