Job Purpose: Responsible for profitable sales volume (primary/secondary) for Battery through Channel partners.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume (primary/secondary).
- Identify business opportunities in assigned geography in consideration of new channel and portfolio mix.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet sales targets and profitability within the allocated region.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential stakeholders in the value chain, e.g. channel partners/distributors, retailers, end consumers.
- Coordinate with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
- Should have relevant experience of 5+ Year.
- Should be from Battery industry Only (Automotive Battery/Invertor Batter.
- Have geographical knowledge of the territor.
- Proven track record on Distribution appointment, Channel Networking, distribution management.
- Should have strong product knowledge.
- Good communication skills & team handling skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in process and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Locations: Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh Delhi/NCR, Maharashtra.
