Association Manager - Online Gaming Firm

An online gaming company started in 2006. Well funded by leading VC firms.

- The Association Manager will have to develop an in depth understanding of the online rummy industry.

- Basis this understanding, he will guide the Board of the Association in formulating guidelines and business practices that should be adopted by responsible online gaming companies.

- He should be able to set up an audit process and work with third party auditors to ensure that approved audit standards are met by all entities subscribing to the self-regulatory regime of TRF.

- He should be able to on-board and consult experts in the field of digital business operations, academicians, payments processors, gaming companies and others that are related or could assist TRF to fulfil its objectives. He should be able to coordinate with the client companies in order to ensure that audit standards and timelines are adhered.

- He should also be able to plan and manage PR events and in general work towards promoting the game.

Qualification and experience:

MBA with at least 7 to 10 years- experience in consulting with a reputed player in the Telecom Media Technology (TMT) space. Having experience of working with or on major assignments of - not for profit-organizations or associations representing industries in the TMT space will be an added advantage.
