Associates - Capital Markets - Equity - LLB

Position Overview:

We are seeking talented and driven Associates (A3/A4 level) with expertise in Capital Markets, specifically in equity transactions. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in equity capital markets laws and the ability to work on high-stakes transactions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing documentation, including prospectuses, offering memoranda, and underwriting agreements.

- Conduct legal research and support in due diligence processes for equity transactions.

- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders for seamless transaction execution.

- Provide support in structuring equity offerings while ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations and other applicable laws.

- Stay updated on the latest legal developments impacting capital markets transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- LL.B. or equivalent qualification from a reputed law school.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in equity capital markets transactions at a leading law firm. Candidates with in-house experience will not be considered.

- Strong drafting and analytical skills.

- Good understanding of SEBI regulations, listing requirements, and equity transaction processes.

- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and handle multiple transactions.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
