Associated Vice President/Vice President - Debt Syndication - Debt Capital Markets

AVP/ Vice President - Debt Syndication in the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) department.

- The ideal candidate should have 6-15 years of experience in debt syndication, fund-raising, project finance and structured financing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead debt syndication transactions, including structuring and execution.

- Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

- Originate and execute deals in corporate and structured finance.

- Negotiate and close funding agreements with lenders.

- Conduct credit analysis and due diligence.
