1. different products of Retirement benefits;

2. debt markets, equity markets and mutual funds;

Highly acquainted with relevant government regulations.

Job Description:

Business:

1. Acquisition of mandates from exempted Retiral Funds for Advisory/Management Services. Guiding Associates and enabling them to ensure mandate fruition across the exempted trusts by-

a. Identifying and understanding client requirement and thereby engaging in concept selling

b. Meeting and building relationships / networking with senior level management of clients

c. Business development through acquisition of new clients

2. Pipeline Building: Enabling the team to build a robust and continuous Pipe-line and progress on the same to be tracked & discussed with top management

3. Playing a key role in ensuring that client portfolios in terms of risks and returns are tracked actively and Company's Investment Management Philosophy is implemented effectively

4. Supervising high quality service delivery to all existing clients thereby ensuring client retention.

Leadership:

1. Working closely with the Business Heads in strategy formulation to facilitate achievement of team target & Vision w.r.t -

a. Client level strategies

b. Exploring synergies between teams and businesses

2. Working closely with the team and ensuring timely and effective Performance Management of the Associates reporting to him.

3. Ensuring continuous training and development of team members - through formal and internal training sessions and development of leaders
