Position: Associate VP - Product Management
Job Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Education:
- Either the candidate is from top 10 b-schools or from a good product based/ecomm company!!
- MBA is mandatory
Required Skills:
- Experience and passion to create consumer facing applications with a strong understanding of usability
- 2+ years of experience in Product management
- Experience developing web and mobile consumer facing apps
- Understanding of technology stacks (HTML, CSS, Js, LAMP, etc)

Roles:
- Manage the technical product design from idea to product launch of Web and Mobile application
- Outline detailed specifications that can be given to our high-octane development team to build.
- Gather, document and establish business requirements
- Analyse data of our past customers to understand their purchase decisions
- Work closely with executives in marketing, IT, development, finance and sales to understand business requirements
- Analyse differentiation in competitor offerings
- Drive product roadmap
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market
- Market intelligence - be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition
- Demand generation - develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products
- Define segmentation, scenarios, buyer personas and value proposition and use that to build positioning, targeting, pricing and messaging
- Create and execute successful outbound marketing campaigns to generate leads and improve online sales
- Create content to support all of the above including whitepapers, presentations, guides, product videos, customer success stories, blog posts, ebooks, infographics, webinars, banners, flyers, and more
- Optimize non-paid acquisition costs and life-time value through strategy, tactics and "growth hacks"
- Always validate your hypotheses through customer insights, data analysis and testing
