Associate/VP - Global Asset Management Division - Real Estate Focused Fund

Our client is part of the well diversified financial services group in India. This position is part of the global asset management division, for a newly set up real estate focused fund.

Location - Mumbai

Primary responsibilities:

- Tracking/ research on rental and capital values for various sectors at city and sub-market level

- Preparing reports

- Forecasting and regression modeling on demand/rental value/capital value for future years

- Demand and supply modeling

- Capital flows analysis and modeling

- Pitch + presentation + analysis
