Associate / VP - Core Modeling & Analytics (Credit Cards/Auto/Mortgage/Business Banking/Personal Loans)

Our Client, a leading Global Bank is looking for an Associate/ VP for their Consumer Capital Modeling Team (Risk Function) which supports critical statistical development projects and related analysis in the Consumer and Community Banking division. The Candidate will support end-to-end Credit Risk Model Development, liaison with risk partners, manage quality control, assist in developing benchmark models, meet analysis and reporting needs, efficiently design programs to streamline and create repeatable procedures.

Requirements include :

- Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. (in a technical or quantitative field)

- 5+ years- statistical modeling experience in the financial services industry

- 5+ years- SAS programming experience; well versed in SAS/Base, SAS/STAT, SAS/Macro, and data-mining procedures. SAS Certification preferred.

Products Exposure : Credit Cards/Auto/Mortgage/Business Banking/Personal Loans (Experience in either one or more Products)

- Experience in Basel Capital and/or Federal Reserve Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR).

- Experience utilizing SQL in a relational database environment such as DB2, Oracle, or Teradata.

- Experience with machine-learning techniques and big data environments.

- Experience with programming languages such as PYTHON and R.

- Experience in loan-level loss forecasting models and credit risk models within financial institutions( Developing, Implementing and Testing)

- Manipulation, analysis, and summarization of large quantities of data.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.

The job location for the role will be Bangalore but can also be Mumbai basis the profile.
