AVP / VP - Liability Insurance (Techno Marketing)
We are looking for Strong experience in Liability Insurance, Underwriting, Placement, Policy servicing, Client servicing, Negotiations,
Job Responsibilities:
Techno Marketing:
- Working closely with the sales team to provide technical support
- Understanding policy wordings, coverages and market trend
- Analyzing client requirements and advising suitable liability policy
- Preparing RFQ and coordinating with insurers for placement
- Negotiating terms, conditions and pricing with insurers.
- Preparing detailed comparison of covers and presenting to the client
- Managing renewals, policy issuance, endorsements and COI.
BD & Client Engagement:
- Identifying potential clients and pitching relevant liability policy.
- Preparing presentations and meeting clients for discussion.
- Accompanying sales colleagues for client meetings
- Mapping cross sell / expansion opportunities for existing clients and ensuring that sales colleagues are working on such opportunities
Key Skill and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Law, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
- A master's degree or professional certification in risk management, liability insurance, or business development is a plus
Candidates Profile:
- Liability Knowledge: Strong understanding of liability products (Cyber,D&O,PI), insurance processes, risk management, claims, and regulatory compliance.
- Business Development: Proven experience in driving business development initiatives, acquiring new clients, and negotiating contracts.
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Operational Expertise: Ability to manage operational tasks, optimize workflows, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant industry software (e.g., CRM tools, liability management software, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
