Associate Vice President/Vice President
Role :
- AVP/VP is responsible for sustaining high standards on HRS service delivery and ensures flawless resolution to the employees/HR queries and issues.
Responsibilities :
Strategy : Support and Implement the short and long term HRS strategy and service delivery model including the HR Direct deliverables
Standardization and Automation : Continually assess the technology footprint that will allow HRS to optimize the HR service delivery model. Pursue and support strategic investments in technology to automate manual activities
Stakeholder relationships : Establish ongoing superior relationship with Onshore HRS/Country HR/other related teams by quarterly/monthly/weekly connects, Proactive communication/reporting, periodic operational reviews, feedback etc
- High focus on employee satisfaction and building a positive brand for HR
- Manage Policy/process adherence, Risk management and Internal/External audit.
- Ensure Team development, motivation, performance and enhance the knowledge level of the team.
- Follow up on performance, cost and quality, through target and KPI measurements.
- Manage financials and performance targets of HRS as agreed globally.
- Facilitate and contribute to change programs & drive continuous improvements of delivery execution.
- Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement
- Manage specific projects as required, and participate in functional and cross-functional initiative
Experience :
- 8 to 10/ 10 to 16 years in managing HRS with knowledge in HR policies/Processes
- Exposure to client relationship management and managing HR Processes/Compensation and Benefits/transaction management globally.
- Deep functional knowledge of one or more HR operations areas like Employee query management, Employee life cycle management etc.
- Substantial business acumen and ability to drive and lead Innovation & Change
- Effective team player
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Performance Orientation along with Goal & Results Oriented Leadership
Education/Certification :
- MBA/PG in Human Resources with related combination of other streams of education/experience
