Role Overview:
- Complete understanding of the current state of affairs in Telecom Analytics industry
- Interacting with clients on regular basis, understanding their requirements and transforming that into business framework and providing advanced analytics solutions
- Manage a large team of Analyst
- Initiate and lead process transformation initiatives
- Provide regular coaching to team on team management and advanced analytical concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Data analytics, Computer Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics or related analytics field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement
- 7+ years of experience working for Telecom firms (preferably US Telecom companies) and delivering analytics projects and solutions
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python & Tableau.
- Solid understanding of analytics concepts (basics of data science, data engineering & business intelligence)
- Excellent listening, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving skills, keen intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail and sense of drive.
