Associate Vice President - Taxation - Oil & Gas Industry

- Handling Direct & Indirect Taxes at corporate level.

- Providing necessary support/ guidance to all units of the Company on all India basis for all taxation related matters.

- Management of Corporate Trust Funds including Provident Fund & Gratuity Funds.

- Handling & Management of Super Annuation Funds [NPS, where applicable].

- Represent the organization in front of Statutory Authority for all legal matters and interface with the external Legal Teams / Consultants etc. pertaining to above - mentioned areas.

- Handling Departmental Audits.

- Handling CAG queries and audit related to all the above-mentioned areas.

- Any other job assigned time to time.
