- End-to-End Ownership: Take complete ownership of the talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and effective process from sourcing to onboarding.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to understand organizational needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

- Global Project Influence: Drive and contribute to global talent acquisition projects, ensuring the APAC perspective is well-represented.

- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, talent mapping, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and refine talent acquisition plans in response to changing business needs and market dynamics.

- Brand Ambassador: Position Company as an employer of choice through effective employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

- Diversity and Inclusion Champion: Drive initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion in our talent acquisition processes.

- Metrics and Reporting: Establish and manage recruitment metrics, providing regular and insightful reports to senior management.

- Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Over 15 years of extensive experience in Talent Acquisition with APAC region with a focus of hiring across all levels.


- Very good understanding of compliance related to APAC region i.e., Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea etc.


- Strong background in recruiting for white-collar and blue-collar roles including Engineering, Software, Sales, Technicians and Support roles.


- Tech savvy, proficient in data management and presentation.


Education: Master's degree in human resources or a related field.
