Associate Vice President/Senior Associate Vice President - Finance & Accounts - BPO/ITeS

Associate Vice President or Sr. AVP

- Candidate must have 10+ years of post qualification experience with working in large MNCs, or BPOs in General Ledger, month end close , balance sheet reconciliation, direct& indirect tax, tax compliance, VAT Netting.

- Candidate must have experience in journal entry review and validate backups & coding, prepaid accrual, allocations, FX accounting, period end accounting &reporting.

- Candidate must be a qualified accountant - ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA or (equivalent)

- Reviews balance sheet reconciliation, taxes, accounts, cash ,sub ledger, payroll.

- Review posting and preparation of journal entries - Adjustments, re-classes etc.

- Monthly tax compliances (Data extraction, calculating and filing).

- Prepare schedule/reconciliation of accounts of these items.

- Must carry experience with SAP/S4 HANA.

- Knowledge of financial reporting system is desirable.

- Carries detailed knowledge of OTC, PTP and payroll to validate, identify and highlight any anomalies.

- Detailed knowledge of lease and project management accounting and reconciliation.

- Establish good relationships with market stakeholders.

- Good communication skills, time management and organization skills.
