Associate Vice President - Operations - PMS/AIF

Key Responsibilities :

Operations & Accounting :

- Manage operations, accounting of the Funds (AIF, MF and international hedge funds) and PMS accounts.

- Valuation of asset classes - equity (including PIPEs or pre-IPOs), derivatives, mutual funds, etc.

- Set up and manage the Operations process of any further funds or business launches.

- Ensuring correct computation of management and performance fees.

- Ensuring correct payment of retrocession fees to distributors.

- Making sure all daily and monthly reconciliations are done at the specified timelines.

- Income Tax, GST, APS returns and audits

a. Relationship Management with all service providers :

- Channel partners i.e. Brokers, distributor etc.

- Vendors, such as application development vendors, data providers etc.

- Regulators such as SEBI, IFSCA, RBI and any other regulator across the globe.

- Service providers such as banks, depositories, custodian, global custodian, administrators

- Internal & external auditors, tax auditors

b. Review of NAV from Administrators.

Investor Servicing & MIS :

- Coordinate investor onboarding process, NAV computations and client queries on any running funds/accounts.

- Various client reporting

- Handle Internal MIS to various stakeholders.

- Marketing support on various information and due diligence required by prospects or existing investors from time to time.

Regulatory Reporting :

- Ensuring all regulatory requirements and various fillings are completed well before schedule both for funds/accounts and investment manager entities.

- Interacting with compliance team for ensuring smooth operations of all funds, SMA and maintenance of audit and all related formalities with regulators.
