Associate Vice President - IT Transformation Program

- The successful candidate would join the IT Department of a critical Financial Market Infrastructure (FMI) organization which serves as a Qualified Central Counterparty (QCCP) for Government Securities, Money Market, FX and Derivatives transactions in the Indian financial markets.

- The successful candidate would direct and manage "IT Transformation Program" for the Clearing, Risk Management and Settlement Systems of the organization. This program envisages a modernization of critical applications so as to align with the target state enterprise architecture, to adopt a contemporary or futuristic technology stack and tools, to improve system scalability, reliability, maintainability, and to reduce the time to market for change requests or new functionality requested by the business departments.

- He / she would be responsible for leading a set of application development teams, organized as domain level teams, through all the stages of the development life cycle, while also working closely with all other project stakeholders. Involvement in project initiation activities as well as contribution to technology "Proof of Concepts" (PoCs) would also be a part of the role.

- In addition to leading the Transformation Program, the successful candidate would contribute their knowledge and skills to building and improving the organization, developing and mentoring people, and driving and supporting organization level initiatives that may span across departments.
