RESPONSIBILITIES :

Key Deliverables :

- Be a part of a team that drives the efficient operations of the company's Investment Research Practice

- Help manage and grow business to position of global leadership.

- Increase profitability and market share in respective segments and clients.

- New business opportunities - Support to grow new business at group level.

Strategic Responsibilities :

- Strategizing and implementing company's long term and short term goals.

- Take decisions in strengthening the business lines and increase the market share.

- Work closely with the leadership and sales team and integrate the vision to the organization's objectives.

- Manage a P&L and maintain adherence to team productivity, utilization and efficiency.

Operational Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the performance of the operations teams for the vertical.

- Build and manage a highly professional team that can handle the growth ambitions of the company

- Motivate the team members to excel in the respective functions thereby creating a performance driven culture.

- Work towards bringing in increased operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction levels.

- Regularly have performance and project reviews with teams, informing the progress to the management

Marketing & Sales Functions :

- Primary stakeholder of relationships with key clients.

- Client share analysis and development.

- Work closely with the sales steams in pitching and closing deals in new acquisitions and growth/emerging markets

Skills or Knowledge required :

- Strong knowledge of finance, valuation modeling capabilities and writing skills

- A self-starter with intense drive to outperform expectations, the incumbent will be required to be hands-on.

- Strong sense of global markets and understanding of changing marketplace dynamics and sensitivity to customer requirements.

- Ability to lead a successful operations team is essential.

- Ability to build a strong brand in a highly competitive market environment.

- Ability to forecast and strategize with regards to the industry and respective business lines.

- Ability to motivate teams to drive revenue targets within tight timeframes. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.

- Ability to influence peers and top management on strength of strategic fit and hard data, and lead a business with a bias for action.

- Strong techno-commercial and entrepreneurial individual.
