Position: Associate Vice President - Investment Banking

Qualification:

MBA and B.Tech from Top Tier Colleges

Experience: 4-6 years relevant experience in Investment Banking. Preference to candidates with prior knowledge of Industrials & Chemicals Sector

Key Responsibilities

- Cover Industrials & Chemicals as sectors of focus

- Deal execution in M&A and capital raising right from pitching to deal closure

- Lead client interface for deal execution at senior levels

- Support ideation process within the sector to generate BD ideas and prepare pitch decks. Participate in BD pitches and client interface for deal execution

- Mentor junior resources within the team

Key Skills Required:

- Strong deal execution skills, comprising building of robust financial model, PowerPoint presentations for high-quality pitch books, CIMs & other client collateral

- Prior deal closure experience in Investment Banking - M&A / capital raising

- Client management skills at senior levels

- Analytical in thought and approach
