The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Associate Vice President Infrastructure Delivery Services to lead and scale our infrastructure services practice. This is a critical executive role with full ownership of service delivery across our North American client base. You will play a pivotal role in driving transformation, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth by delivering complex infrastructure programs and services with precision and agility.

Infrastructure Delivery Excellence:

- Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale, complex IT infrastructure programs with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

Strategic Client Engagement:

- Expertise in building and nurturing executive-level relationships with clients, driving value creation, trust, and long-term partnerships.

Leadership & People Development:

- Strong track record of leading diverse, global teams; fostering high performance, collaboration, and a culture of accountability.

Operational & Financial Governance:

- Competence in setting and achieving delivery KPIs, cost optimization, SLA adherence, and continuous service improvement.

Technology Vision & Innovation:

- Deep understanding of cloud, hybrid infrastructure, and emerging tech with the ability to drive transformation and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure services including cloud, network, data center, workplace services, and IT operations for clients across North America.

- Drive delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and proactive risk mitigation across engagements.

- Partner with sales and account leadership to identify, shape, and deliver strategic infrastructure initiatives for key clients.

- Build and lead high-performing, geographically distributed delivery teams with a strong culture of accountability, innovation, and client-first mindset.

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, cost optimization goals, and continuous service improvement across all engagements.

- Leverage emerging technologies, automation, and process frameworks (ITIL, DevOps, SRE) to drive scalability and resilience.

- Act as a trusted advisor to client CIOs, CTOs, and infrastructure leaders; represent the organization in executive forums and strategic reviews.

- Collaborate closely with the Global Chief Delivery Officer to align delivery priorities with overall business strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 18+ years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.

- Proven success in leading large-scale, global infrastructure engagements across industries.

- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid infrastructure models, and modern workplace technologies.

- Strong experience in delivery governance, operational management, and client engagement at the executive level.

- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills with the ability to influence at the CxO level.

- Exposure to North American clients and delivery models is essential.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or equivalent leadership training preferred.
