Experience - Minimum 7+ years of experience.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Design & implement robust HR policies & processes.
2. Be actively involved in internal recruitment of all level positions.
3. Managing and facilitating Joining formalities/Induction / On-boarding for all the new joinees.
4. Active involvement in various employee retention strategies and devising rewards & recognition scheme and attrition analysis across the organization.
5. Develop content and various training modules to incorporate functional and industry knowledge.
6. Efficient in Data analysis & interpretation for better decision making by the top management.
7. Interaction with employees to feel the pulse of the organisation and bring about changes / improvements.
8. Attendance & leaves management, end-to-end handling of outsourced payroll process.
9. Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits,health & safety etc.
10. Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing,training & development etc.
11. Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.
12. Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
13.Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
Key Criteria -
- Post Graduate/MBA Mandatory
- Experience in HR with relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry.
