- We are seeking an experienced AVP Human Resources to join our team.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and building a strong HR Operations Team, managing HRMS, and developing HR strategies, policies, and operations for the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and leading a strong HR Operations Team.

- Interacting frequently with the US Office.

- Leading HR Operations for the organization.

- Managing the HRMS and building dashboards and HR MIS.

- Conducting HR data analytics and presenting findings to management.

Candidate Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- MBA with 8 to 10 years of HR experience.

- Prior experience interacting with US teams.

- Background in the IT Software industry.

- Hands-on experience with HRMS.

- Proven HR leadership experience.
