And yes, we need you to be energetic & fun.  We are looking for a team member who:  - Has sophisticated oral and written communication; should be adept at networking and building social relationships;  - Will work with business teams on developing business strategies for successful execution of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan (STRAP)  - Provide leadership to org. development through right staffing and compensation  - Ensure that HR strategy is aligned to the business strategy & delivers biz growth  - Provides executive coaching and strategic HR support to leadership members  - Provides leadership to talent management, organization design, succession planning, learning, labor relations strategy and compensation strategy  - Can develop development/succession planning for leadership & critical roles  - Owns end-to-end management of compliance portfolio and general admin  Specific Areas of Focus include:  Talent Acquisition:  - Lead talent acquisition; Build capable recruitment partners;  - Hire entry level from Top Global Institutes (B schools, Technical Institutes)  - Manage headcount and recruitment budgets as per plan  - Performance Management  - Lead performance management process to determine performance objectives; Design & implement systems, processes to institutionalize PMP  - Formulate plans/strategies to deliver organizational quality & biz. Goals;  - Administer ongoing learning workshops  - Implement active attrition management / retention strategies  - Introduce 360 Degree profiler & other Psychometric tools in HR processes  - Succession & Learning/Development  - Design a structured/rigorous career roadmap & succession plan  - Deliver active talent management with special focus on key ?A- talent  - Assess ongoing talent needs based on business needs  - Push the boundaries/raising the bar for frontline talent  - Design an annual Training & Development calendar based on org needs  - Org.
