Key responsibilities
- Assist Lead of Human Resources (HR) & Admin in implementing the mandated HR policies and procedures in the organization.
- Closely collaborate with department's heads and employees to ensure smooth functioning of the business and function.
- Resolve issues related to background checks and time & attendance for all employees.
Requisite skills
- Sound knowledge & understanding of the HR processes and the latest HR trends and happenings in the financial sectors.
- Sound knowledge & understanding of government labour regulations and norms requirements.
- Should have good people and stakeholder management skill.
