Associate Vice President - HR


Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate business leaders to understand key business challenges and opportunities, and develop HR strategies that drive Org. performances.

- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employee on HR related matters, including workforce planning, employee engagement and succession planning.

- Manage and resolve complex employee relation issues by conducting thorough investigations and providing appropriate guidance.

- Lead performance review processes, offering advice on setting goals, providing feedback, and developing employees to meet their full potential.

- Coach Managers on effective leadership and management practices, supporting them in handling underperformance, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.

- Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, facilitate internal mobility and ensure a strong pipeline for key roles.

- Support business transformation efforts by implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and employee buy-in.

- Drive org. development initiatives to promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Promote and advocate for diversity equity and inclusion in all HR practices.

- Grip of attrition and it's reason with proactive retention strategy in place and getting it implement on the ground so the visible changes can be described.

- Liaison with HR COEs & business to drive the talent management initiatives through various learning and development, career management and succession planning initiatives.

Job Requirement:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- MBA in HR with minimum 8 Yrs. Of experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Objective & Analytical skills:

- Market orientation of HR trend.

- To develop accurate objective assessments and execution of the same.

- Ability to influence and manage relationships & multitasking.

- Must be very good in MS Excel & MS PPT.

- Personal Attributes.

- Hugh emotional (EQ) and empathy in dealing with people matters.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR practices with business needs.

- Adaptability and resilience in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
