- Handling the strategic HR priorities of the organisation in the region and provide necessary input/insight to the Corporate Management Team.
- Implement people policies as per DoA and similar other applicable rules as approved from time to time.
- Handling all statutory matters across of business/function in the region including compliance (administration/reporting)/audit and ATR implementation including timely renewal of licenses / registrations mandated under various statutes on behalf of Principal employer, facilitate periodical legal audit and implementation of its recommendations.
- Salary Administration for specified Grades.
- Benefit & Perquisite Administration all specified Grades.
- Attendance/Leave administration all Grades & Categories in the region.
- Boundary Management/Management of Industrial Relations/Contract Labour Management/External environment including interface with State Labour / Administration /law enforcement Machineries, Handling Industrial disputes / Legal matters before various Courts / Labour Authorities across all business in the region.
- Office, Asset and Estate Management and administration, including matters related to Security and safe keeping of assets / proper ties/documents/records.
- Providing Admin support across businesses, including Guest Houses/Transport etc.
- Govt./Other PSUs/Business/Function specific (need basis) event administration, coordination and liaise with local administration.
- Handle coordination/administration matters related to Corporate Social Responsibility, Official Language Implementation and Health Safety Environment at site.
- Interface and act as 2nd in-command with Locational Administrative Heads where applicable.
- Handle category/location (all/specific categories) level engagement initiatives in the region viz. Town Hall etc.
- Support and implement Corporate HR initiatives in the region, including process deployment in critical areas, viz. PMS, L&D for all business/ functions in the region.
- Implement change initiatives in the domain of HR / People Management in line with the plans rolled out from the Corporate Team.
- Act and advise in the capacity of senior most people management resource of the Company in the region, including acting as a consulting resource/ HR Business partner for all businesses operating in the region, specifically to the SBU Head (s) operating out of the location HQ.
