Job Title : Associate Vice President - HR Consulting
Reports to : Country Manager
Function : Sales & Delivery
Location : Bangalore
Job Purpose :
To support the Business Development and Delivery initiatives to achieve overall business targets for the region as well as individual targets by acquiring new clients and building existing client relations
Job Responsibilities :
- To ensure adequate business development in the region by coordinating efforts of team members as well as through personal initiatives [40%]
- To lead the delivery effort in the regions ensuring that delivery is as per project plan and at accepted quality levels; and also liaise with customers ensuring a healthy relationship specially with key clients and high customer satisfaction levels [30%]
- To contribute towards developing of specific solutions and creating expert teams in a specific practice [10%]
- To train and develop consultants and leaders across various consulting practices, as well as for their personal growth. Addressing the individual development needs for, track utilization details and retain your direct reports [20%]
- Contributing to strategic business decisions across one or more regions within India.
- Responsible for all operational decisions pertaining to the team and the clients that s/he is handling.
- Should have experience into talent Assessment/ leader Development/ organizational effectiveness/ employee engagement etc.
