Associate Vice President - Home Loan Segment - NBFC

Job Summary :

The incumbent will be part of the Product Team - looking after key Home Loan propositions. He/she will be responsible for managing new product launches as well handling key aspects of existing products in close co-ordination with external and internal stakeholders.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities :

- Implement new digital Home Loans launches on Credilio Pro platform.

- Establish product specifications & write PRD's.

- Work closely with the Technology team to develop best-in-class experience for the various stakeholders.

- Work closely with lending partners to manage product launches and ongoing interactions to develop a profitable portfolio.

Required Skills and Knowledge :

- Direct experience of handling Product or Business profile for Home Loans in a leading Bank / NBFC

- Exposure to Digital processes and working with digital partners will be a clear advantage

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Required Experience /Qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree in Marketing Management preferred

- 4 + years of experience
