Associate Vice President - FP&A Analytics - BPO

Clients Overview :

Global Analytics Center of Excellence is tasked with supporting the Organisations Operations in building & delivering highly differentiated analytics solutions to clients globally.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage client stakeholders, understand their business problems and develop solutions in FP&A analytics space

- Aid in development of analytics asset especially in the Financial analysis and planning space for deployment in existing and new deals

- Act as SME in FP&A domain; Develop insights and deliver client business impact in terms of revenue increase, operation cost reduction, working capital reduction etc.

- Lead a team of 10 reporting & analytics resources to drive and execute projects with tight deadlines

- Develop roadmaps and establish KPIs to manage performance and communicate results on client account

- Collaborate across multiple stakeholders: business leaders, delivery leads, account management, operational excellence teams for service delivery, capability showcase and new business development

- Manage client stakeholders and understand their business problem or analytical requirements

Qualification & Education :

- Total experience of 8-12 years in Finance domain with 3-4 years of relevant exp. in Advanced Analytics

- Min 3-4 years of team handling experience

Exposure to FP&A analytics in domains such as :

- Revenue Reporting, Cost Reporting, Headcount Reporting, Balance Sheet Reporting, Strategic Reporting, Forecasting, Financial Planning and Strategy, Credit risk analytics, Operational risk analytics, Capital planning and forecasting

- Enterprise Risk Management

- Exposure to Financial audits and control

- Track record of success in providing analysis, strategic direction, and specific business recommendations to senior management on critical decisions

- Working knowledge across P2P, O2C and RTR domain to appreciate inter-linkages with FP&A domain

- Strong MS Excel and MS Power Point experience. Knowledge of ERP systems, analytics technologies landscape and SAS/SPSS/R is preferable but not mandatory

Educational Background :

- MBA/Masters from top Tier Institutes with Finance & Accounting as specialization

- Professional certification in Finance & Accounting e.g., CA/ CMA is preferred
