This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Vice President of Diversity Equity and Inclusion for one of the client of Zodnik Solutions. The AVP will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. This role involves collaborating with leadership to drive initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace culture and diverse talent pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Total 8 years of experience and 4 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies
- Knowledge of best practices and trends in diversity and inclusion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience in creating and delivering diversity training programs
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to diversity and inclusion
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Diversity, or related field
