Compliance Testing Specialist - Global Financial Services Firm

Our client is a global financial services firm focused on investment banking, investment management, wealth management and fund services. They are hiring for AVP - Compliance Testing for their Enterprise Ops Risk team withing Investment Management based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct compliance testing to ensure regulatory and policy adherence.

- Develop and implement risk-based testing strategies.

- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and risk teams on regulatory matters.

- Prepare reports on findings and recommend corrective actions.

- Stay updated on global financial regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of relevant experience in compliance testing, internal audit, or risk management within financial services.

- Strong knowledge of investment banking, wealth management, and financial regulations.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Industry certifications (CA / CPA / CIA / MBA).
