Associate VP - Business Development & Client Engagement
Business Development :
- Manage end-to-end sales process from Identifying the potential leads to closure for all products & services
Relationship management :
Client Engagement & Servicing :
- Identifying pain points of the client companies and providing solutions using PR data
- Making value-added presentations to them using PR data
- Training and development of client employees on PR data dashboards (through his/her team)
- Coordinating with PR back-end team in adding new features in dashboards as per the client requirement (through his/her team)
- Achieving high client satisfaction level through proactive Product Development
- Providing inputs in building newer data products / business analytics platforms for the companies Product Development
