Associate Vice President - Analytics - RFP/RFI/SQL

Responsibilities:

- Maintain ownership of key deliverables and ability to handle a team of over 15+ people.

- Take lead in Business Development Activities RFP/POC/POV.

- Define project deliverables, controls and ensure adherence to these.

- Measure key KPI's showcasing impact of various business initiatives, in particular related to different marketing approaches and campaigns.

- Undertake complex cross-channel analysis of impact of initiatives on sales, calls, contract downgrades/upgrades, etc.

- Support customer profiling and identify behaviour patterns to help identify customer cohorts for various business objectives.

- Support with data-driven marketing experimentation.

- Building and optimizing churn prevention capabilities.

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to client expectation

- Communications, including process documentation

- Delivery of output

- Facilitation and gathering of client feedback on problem structuring

- Understand and define business problems, get all background information and collect relevant data points

- Build capabilities in junior team members
