Job Description:
1) Ability to handle team of 30-50 professionals spread across 8-9 sub-teams
2) Expected to work in close collaboration with the team and clients on transformation analytics projects for Utilities in Credit Collections
3) Well versed with Data management and Governance
4) Assist in learning and development of team members
5) Take lead in Business development activities RFP/ POV/ POC
Key Responsibility:
1) Strong ability to translate functional specifications/ requirement to technical requirements
2) Complete understanding of current state of affairs and problem statement
3) Experience in Data extraction and manipulation
4) In-depth data analysis like identifying major trends, univariate and bivariate analysis
5) Developing analytical solutions and models leveraging analytical tools SAS/R
6) Process Automation
Profile:
1) 9+ years of experience in Analytics
2) Excecllent communication and presentation skills
3) Excellent in team management, client management and conflict management skills
4) Model development experience in SAS/R
5) Data analysis experience
6) Should be able to lead multiple teams independently and manage client ready deliverables
