Job Description :

Job Title: Associate Vice President, Analytics

Experience : 5 to 10 Years

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- Participate in Credit & Debit Card Profitability and Spends strategy formulation. Develop and implement programs for customer activation, card usage and retention on Credit & Debit Cards.

- Leverage a wide range of data analysis, machine learning and statistical modelling algorithms and methods to solve business problems.

- Become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in the analytics discipline.

- Demonstrate excellent organization skills throughout the development of analytical solutions (data analysis documentation, hypothesis documentation, code management, etc.).

- Effectively communicate with project team members and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle (status updates, gaps/risks, roadblocks, etc.).

- Develop presentations to summarize and communicate key messages to senior management sponsors and colleagues.

- Actively contribute to the continuous learning mindset of the organization by bringing in new ideas and perspectives

- Contribute to defining vision and goals for the team and develop plan to deliver on the same.

- Recruit and groom talent and inspire and motivate team members
