Associate Vice President - Accounts - Investment/Mutual Funds/Offshore Fund - CA

The designation is "Associate Vice President - Accounts" - reporting directly to Chief Financial Officer. The function is about heading the accounts function of the Investment manager and the Alternate Investment Funds.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Preparation and presentation of the financial statements of the Company and the AIFs

- Reporting to the stakeholders - Internal and external (including direct reporting to the investors)

- Managing the accounts team assisting in execution of their respective roles

- Managing Audits - Internal and External

- Ability to identify opportunities to continuously improve the process and reporting by effectively looking at tech automation as a solution

Required Skill

- Qualified Chartered Accountant - With exposure to Ind-AS

- 7+ years of relevant hands-on experience in a similar role.

- Proficient in MS Office

- Exposure to Alternative Investment Funds / Mutual Funds/ Off shore fund accounting is an added advantage
