Job Title : Associate

Functional : Legal/Law

Department : Transaction/Legal Advisory

Total Experience : 1-6 Years

Location : Bangalore

Compensation : As per industry norm

Principal Responsibilities :

- Experience in handling legal due diligence teams.

- Drafting transaction documents relating to PE/VC investment, M&A and JV's.

- Drafting corporate commercial agreements and handling corporate advisory work

- Knowledge of FEMA, corporate laws, security laws and labour laws will be added advantage.

Desired Skill :

- Working in 5+ member teams

- Working directly with team

- Interface with clients under supervision

- QC review of deliverables to make it client ready.

Education Qualification : LLB

Desired Characteristics :

- Should have good analytical and research skills.

- Should be a process oriented person with excellent time management and multi-tasking capabilities.

- Should have an excellent attitude towards work, willing to take complete ownership over tasks and projects.

- Should have good communication skills.

- Should be willing to travel for on-site projects.
