Associate - Transaction Advisory Services - Mergers & Acquisitions

Salary offered: 4 - 10 LPA

A specialist firm, well positioned to develop, implement and monitor India business strategies for companies. The bouquet of services include business advisory, M&A, partner search, market research, taxation and compliance issues viz accounting, JSOX, IFRS etc is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Transaction Advisory team based in Gurgaon. The person will work very closely as a team member on Mergers & Acquisition mandates

Associate (Transaction Advisory Services):

1. The person should be a graduate from a reputed college

2. 0 - 2 year of Mergers and Acquisitions experience in Investment Banking firm / KPO

3. Must have experience of valuation, financial modeling, making Pitch books / Information Memorandums etc.

4. Knowledge of conducting open ended secondary research to garner industry specific insights, building valuation models and presentations

5. Advanced knowledge of MS Office and using Power Point, Excel and Word is essential

6. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

7. Developed inter-personal skills, team orientation, and professional attitude. Self-motivated and with an ability to operate with limited supervision.
