Please find below the job description for the respective positions that we are looking to hire for:

Associate (Transaction Advisory Services)

The person should be a Chartered Accountant (C.A) having completed articleship from a reputed firm

1-2 year of experience in an Audit profile or Mergers and Acquisitions experience in Investment Banking firm / KPO

Knowledge of conducting open ended secondary research to garner industry specific insights, building valuation models and presentations

Advanced knowledge of MS Office and using Power Point, Excel and Word is essential

Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

Developed inter-personal skills, team orientation, and professional attitude. Self-motivated and with an ability to operate with limited supervision.
