Associate - Transaction Advisory

BNC is hiring for one of the top 15 CA firms for transaction advisory role for Noida location

1. Lead days-to-day execution & project management of engagements including managing client and target communications.

2. Lead deal Evaluation, analyse the financial data and operational information to build a narrative.

3. Lead market research and company research including analysing and interpreting information memorandums and publicly available information.

4. Document the narrative and financial viability on a teaser. Prepare deal focused reports.

5. Lead documentation of an Information Memorandum

6. Responsible for managing the equity and enterprise valuation as per global methodology.

7. Manage data repositories of investment actions.

8. Responsible for managing a team of young and bright professionals. Guide and train them well.

9. Interacting and coordinating with other divisions of the firm and associates including for legal, tax and regulatory advise and attain relevant support for structuring and closing investment transaction

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 4 - 6 years of post-qualification experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate finance.

2. Should have work experience in transaction advisory and raising/investing capital for Indian Corporates.

3. Candidate should have executed or closed at least 15 PE/VC deals

4. Experience in writing succinctly financial models, valuation reports and presentations.

5. Good knowledge of all capital markets-public and private.
