Associate - Total Rewards
Looking for an Associate- Rewards for an asset management company based out of Delhi/ NCR.
- The incumbent should have 3- 6 years of total experience in rewards.
- The role will act as subject matter expert.
- The role holder may be required to participate in APAC or Global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational support of local end-to-end reward processes, including offer proposals, communicating the firm's Total Reward approach, annual year-end compensation process including budget build out & utilization
- Deliver deep analysis of Year End spend trends for various functional lines on a real time basis with qualitative summary of the data trends
- Support HR Business Partners to participate in compensation surveys: job matching, data submission and independent analysis of benchmarking data to support compensation strategy
- Carry out analysis and reporting including providing advice on data trends
- Produce and maintain all day to day recurring compensation reports including hiring trends and projected impact
- Maintain excellent awareness of market trends and regulatory developments, advising Reward team members, Talent Acquisition Team & HR Business Partners accordingly
- Manage the annual review and renewal of all benefits programs (e.g. insurances, gratuity, health checks etc)
- Drive & monitor partner vendors performance through regular service reviews and utilization reports
- Manage the various reconciliations of insurance corporate deposits and present facts/trends/recommendations to the senior management. It includes active interface with payroll & Accounts Payable team
- Proactively review the effectiveness of policies and procedures, providing recommendations
- Participate in the development, modification and delivery of reporting tools and implementing when required
- Execute HR projects as the human capital needs arise as part of the broader firm wide initiatives
- Build a better user experience by identifying & implementing E2E process improvements in partnership with the delivery chain of Employee Services, Payroll & Finance etc.
- Collaborate with Finance on all aspects of compensation planning, measurement and reporting including forecasting
Skills/Qualifications :
- Degree holder and with at least 4-6 years of hands-on compensation and benefits experience
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft applications: advanced understanding of Excel is essential and an understanding of databases and reporting tools would be advantageous.
- Ability to perform complex analyses, modelling, forecasting but present in a simple & understandable manner
- Strong understanding of India compensation practices, benefits (including statutory) landscape, India taxation laws and payroll delivery
- Detail and results oriented with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities all within a fast-paced team environment.
- Uncompromising attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Superior interpersonal skills and verbal/written presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated with ability to work effectively autonomously and within a team
- Strong team player, customer focused and able to work with people of all levels
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and prioritize workload
- Knowledge of HRIS (preferred Oracle)
- Strong preference for relevant Professional certifications e.g. WorldatWork
