Associate - Taxation & Finance - Insurance

We are looking out for Associate - Taxation and Finance with an Insurance Company for Mumbai Location

The candidate should have experience in Insurance Domain currently.

Candidates with good experience in Financial Reporting or Taxation preferred.

About the Team - The team provides pro-active financial advice to the business, facilitating appropriate management decisions, ensure timely and accurate reporting and smooth functioning of operations.

The role involves -

1. Preparation of the investment reporting, statutory and tax reports

2. Candidate will be responsible to advise India GAAP accounting treatments to transactions

3. Provide business partnering to India Branch business

4. Provides timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders

5. Support audit activities and provide all requested financial and other information in coordination with Group

Essential skills:

- Good understanding of insurance industry, its markets and players

- Good communication skills across cultural barriers and with all organisational levels

- Enjoy project and new challenges

- Focus on operational efficiency, with strong emphasis on risk management

- Willingness to learn and show initiatives

- Familiarity of insurance or asset managementwill be an advantage
