Talent Acquisition Associate (Well funded start up)
- Our client is an early stage start-up founded by seasoned industry professionals with vision to create a market leading business in HR Tech space.
- They are supported by a marquee VC fund and currently are in process of building the team.
Role:
- As part of the initial team of the organisation, you would be working closely with the founders and help them hire the best in class talent.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for:
- Develop strategy to attract top talent and help create an aspirational employer brand through social media channels.
- Use various sourcing channels and referral mechanism to create a proactive candidate pipeline.
- Manage end to end recruitment process ensuring great candidate experience.
Key Qualifications:
- MBA from a Tier 1 college with 2 to 5 years experience working with an reputed organisation in an in house role or with a recruitment firm.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with experience of hiring Tier 1 talent (IIT/IIM/Ivy leage etc.)
- Proactive and result driven approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment working closely with senior stakeholders.
