Broad responsibilities include:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments and ensure regular hiring updates

- Build positive relationship with the Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to close the open roles

- Plan demand fulfillment strategies and coordinate with different sourcing channels

- Ensure effective HR discussions with the prospective employees, socialize with stakeholders on the proposition, create offers, followup with candidates for offer acceptance and joining subsequently

- Work on talent acquisition related and cross-functional projects

- Focus on innovative channels of sourcing including Linkedin&Career Site etc. Ensure to share the applications with hiring managers within the stipulated time and ensure timely feedback to the applicants

- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

- Collaborates with managers, candidates, provisioners, Talent Advisors and other stakeholders, to ensure a seamless talent acquisition process.

- Managing the workforce management process in partnership with the finance and US Teams

- Continued focus on key talent acquisition metrics - Cost per Hire, Cost of Hire, Ageing, Salary Negotiations within the agreed SLA

- Particpate in various recruitment events including job fairs, campus events etc

- Will also have to work on other talent acquisition initiatives

- Compensation negotiations, closure offers across other functions of India from time to time as need arises

- Support on key talent acquisition projects from time to time

Interactions / Interpersonal Skills:

- Requires a proven track record of in-depth management, technical and communication skills as well as extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships

- Stakeholder management, influencing and team work skills ;Ability to influence and drive results within all levels of the organization

- Self-starter, self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to multi-task without missing deadlines

- Flexible and willingness to take on additional or changing responsibilities as the function grows or changes

- Proven experience acting as a subject matter expert to the business Experience with vendor evaluation and selection

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems preferably Workday

- Project Management experience would be preferred

Required Education: Bachelors / Masters

Preferred Education: Graduate / Post Graduate with specialization in Human Resources

Required Experience: Talent Acquisition (technology hiring space)

Preferred Experience: 4 to 6Years
