JOB DESCRIPTION :

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :
Tactical Sales is about putting sustainable processes into place around
- Broker reviews, incl. preparation of comprehensive data summary sheets, identification of action points and distribution of standardized summary reports - a necessary condition for the ability of an Equities business to monetize its client offerings,
- Monitoring & adjusting of product and service levels (Equity Research, Corporate Access, Sales, Execution etc) into our various institutional buy side clients to chase wallet opportunities and thus maximize our platform's ability to capture incremental market share.
Tactical Sales also develops methodologies to allow the Equities business to better understand :
- The relationship between revenue collection and service provision on a by-account basis
- The relative attractiveness of our institutional buy side clients to optimise allocation of scarce resources across our client base
Specifications :
- Broad understanding of cash equities business
- Previous exposure to Relationship Management / Sales related projects would be a plus
- Very advanced spreadsheet (incl. VBA macros) and power point skills
