Career Opportunity I Associate Survey Programmer I Gurgaon
Position Summary :
The Associate Survey Programmer is responsible for programming services for qualitative and quantitative market research engagements in the life sciences space. This individual will be a part of a growing Research Operations group and will support our survey programming and panel development initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities :We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who can effectively re-prioritize in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines. Responsibilities to include;
- Support the growth and development of the TRINITY programming and panel development functionalities
- Review screeners and surveys for quality, consistency, compliance, and best practices
- Program and edit survey questionnaires in Decipher platform
- Test survey questionnaires to ensure programming instructions, logic, and flow are accurate
- Collaborate on internal system of quality assurance to ensure accurate skip-patterns, rotations, and logic are in place
- Follow established data checking procedures to ensure data is error free
- Implement programming changes (as per change log)
- Monitor sample quotas
- Support coordination of third-party programming services at the direction of survey programmers
- Coordinate with third party suppliers on translations, language overlays, and sampling as needed in relation to programming activities
- Support survey programmers and panel developers as required

Education: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience

Work Experience : 2 or more years of experience in Market Research with emphasis on quantitative research and or survey design. Healthcare and life sciences focus strongly preferred.

Other Skills : Microsoft Office Suite, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML/CSS, SQL, SPSS, Sawtooth, survey design familiarity, commercial programming platform(s) experience in
Decipher strongly preferred
