Qualification : MBA (Finance)

Experience : 2 to 3 years

Job Responsibilities :

- The Stressed Asset Adviser/Associate will support senior bankers during every phase of the deal process including transaction origination and execution across multiple sectors.

- Common tasks will include contributing or leading the writing and development of both the initial pitch material and descriptive memoranda and will actively participate in drafting sessions and due diligence meetings.

The role will be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit.

Principle areas of responsibility include :

- Work extensively on a broad range of financial transactions.

- Participate in client meetings, including business solicitation, drafting and executing operational and financial due diligence

- Understand funding/ restructuring requirements of the Company

- Preparing financial models, analyzing cash flows, conducting industry research, deal structuring and valuations

- Preparing deal origination material including information memorandum, teasers for potential investors/ lenders

- Approaching and coordinating with investors/ lenders, Reviewing loan documentation etc

- Conducting research and analysis on potential clients for fund raising or debt restructuring

- Preparing marketing material

Skills/Expertise :

- Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Words skills

- Strong financial modeling aptitude

- Superior communication skills, written and verbal

- A critical thinker who can quickly and accurately evaluate and analyze companies and financial information
