Associate - Strategy - Analytics - IIT

As an Associate (Strategy) you will,

- Drive short- and long-term planning for different operations vertical

- Monitor P&L and lead key strategic initiatives to improve revenues and margins

- Proactive monitor customer-centric metrics and lead initiatives to drive improvement

- Support operations in conducting root cause analysis of key issues and provide visibility on performance and improvement

- Conduct analysis to translate data into actionable insights

- Lead pilots against key initiatives identified & program manage the teams for their execution

- Working with product, technology, and design teams to align key requirements stemming from the strategic plans; monitoring key developments needed

Requirement:

- Graduates from top tier IITs with 2+ years of analytics experience

- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and Excel

- Structured thought process and good problem-solving skills

- Good communication skills; ability to articulate thoughts clearly to leadership

- Strong people management and program management
